Meet Joel

“I started as a Graduate Trainee back in September 2015 with a 10-week induction scheme. Throughout my time here, I’ve worked on Boots, Ray-Ban, The Open University, Royal Academy and Body Shop.

At LIDA, you have brilliant opportunities to develop – like the comedy course which taught me how to use my personality to present in a unique and engaging way. I’ve since been promoted to Account Executive, then Account Manager.

Now I’m coming up to my 2-year anniversary, I’m taking on a much more strategic role. This has been an ambition of mine for a while. Now I’m making it happen.”


Meet Lizzie

“In my Account Executive interview, I was asked “…and you definitely don’t want to be a copywriter?” to which I replied – in all truthfulness – ‘nope!’ But I soon realised that my favourite part of account handling was briefing teams and seeing their ideas come to life. And when writers admitted my copy platforms became their final work, I knew it was time for a change.

After one portfolio, two internal interviews and a lot of learning on the fly, I’m now working on conceptual and long copy for every account in the building. LIDA have also sponsored me through fantastic workshops, including the IDM Copywriting Masterclass and the DMA’s Futures Writers course.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to find my niche at LIDA, and I hope that my background in client services makes me a better creative.”

Senior Account Manager - O2

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious SAM to join the O2 account team. O2 is the biggest account at LIDA and the work involves all BTL customer comms including CRM, acquisition, and business to business comms. We utilise all direct channels including Email, Direct Mail, SMS & MMS, Social Media and IVR.

The right candidate will be passionate about creating customer engagement that truly makes a difference for a brand. He or she will ideally have worked on a telecoms client before, have a solid CRM /Integrated background and have solid experience in digital marketing.
